9. Payments & the Payment Gateway
For payment transactions, our certified online payment provider acts as an independent
controller of the personal data you provide during payment. The provider processes this
data to carry out the payment, notify you of its status, handle complaints, and meet its
legal obligations. Your rights regarding data processed by the payment provider (access,
rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability) can be exercised directly
with them, and their privacy policy is available on the secure checkout page. This applies
regardless of the language version of this website.
